In this hands-on chocolate workshop, you’ll learn how cacao beans are roasted and refined, then dive into the practical experience of tempering chocolate, molding your own bars, and tasting along the way.

We work exclusively with dark chocolate made from Guatemalan cacao, highlighting the country’s rich chocolate tradition. This workshop is perfect for chocolate lovers looking for a fun, educational, and delicious experience in Antigua Guatemala.
