Make your own Guatemalan dark chocolate bar

A one of a kind chocolatier experience by making your own dark chocolate bars from scratch! 

In this workshop, you will learn about the properties of fine dark Guatemalan chocolate and how to temper them in order to create a perfect chocolate bar. You will experiment with different types of local ingredients to add and learn all the science behind tempering real dark chocolate. This workshop is a special collaboration with Sero Chocolates, a social impact brand that pursues fair trade incomes to Guatemalan cacao farmers.
