Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the experience will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, but the tour may be rescheduled subject to availability. In case of a no-show, the reservation will be considered used and no refund will be issued. If the tour cannot take place due to external factors such as weather conditions, closures, or other force majeure circumstances, a reschedule or full refund will be offered. Payments can be made online via PayPal or in cash, if this option is enabled. All prices include the services and materials specified in the tour description. Each experience has a capacity of 1 to 8 people. All reservations are manually reviewed and validated by the Kukul Tales team before final confirmation. Once the reservation is confirmed, the client will receive an automatic confirmation email with the tour details.
