Reservation & Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your experience, we kindly ask you to let us know as early as possible. 72 hours or more in advance: Full refund. 48–72 hours in advance: 50% refund. 24 hours or less in advance: Non-refundable. If an experience cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, closures, or other force majeure events, we will offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Payments can be made online via PayPal or in cash, if this option is available. All prices include the services and materials specified in the experience description. Each experience accommodates 1 to 8 guests. All reservations are manually reviewed and validated by the Kukul Tales team before final confirmation. Once the reservation is confirmed, the guest will receive an automated confirmation email with the experience details. Thank you for your understanding.
